Website subscriber who has purchased any Advertising on Website is in a subject for a full refund if:
(a) Mind & Body has not published advertisement on the Website within 24 hours of payment date.
(b) If the Website is offline significant portion of Advertising period and Mind & Body have failed to reach an agreement about compensation on this matter.
